Going to pick up Donkey Kong Country for about $15 soon as well. Like today I grabbed BOTW (along with WW and TWP) on Wii-U for about $30, Half the cost of the Switch port. If the games was $40 or less I would be more accepting but for $60 I just don't see the point. I'm actually working to get all physical releases on Wii-U (around 137 total) and this is something that has crossed my mind. I'm sure I've said this before but I honestly don't see the point in buying a port like Tokyo Mirage Sessions if you own a Wii-U. But the whole "its using the same X,Y,Z from Moon/Sun meme needs to fucken die already" all that shit does is make the gaming community look like a bunch of crying idiots because of a loud minority. Is it as big of a leap as Breath of the Wild? No it isn't but its dumb to compare a game that was in development for 5 years to one in development for 2 years.ĭon't like the game fine to each there own. Sword/Shield runs and looks much better than Sword/Moon this isn't a opinion its fact and even backed up by the DF video I posted above. They did not take advantage of the new systems capabilities at all.No the Textures was not reused from Sun/Moon, The wire-frame on a lot of the pokemon was and there is a massive difference in the two. Not to even mention the treasure trove of classics that could be ported much quicker.Textures and models are reused from Sun/Moon. Of course, PC gamers are thrilled with the news and hope that Persona 5 Royal will get a PC port soon. To be fair, these two games have been in development well before P4G changed the minds over at Sega, so don’t expect them anytime soon. With Atlus’ preparing to bring Shin Megami Tensei V and Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne to the Nintendo Switch next year, it’s not out of the question that both of them will get a PC port sooner or later. Sega has heard the message very loud and clear, leaving no doubts that P4G will not be a one-off. PC gamers have done what they could and voted with their wallets, showing Sega that there is ample interest for the console-centric titles under the company’s umbrella. It’s an important release since it marks the first time a modern Persona game is available for PC. It landed like a bomb with well more than 500k owners.
